Terms Of Use

The present picture, logo and textual data are the property of Pelikan Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH & Co.KG Hannover and are subject to guidelines, which are summarised as follows:

• Use of the present material is permitted exclusively for the purpose of advertising or promotion of Pelikan products. Other uses are permitted, or are only permitted by written agreement.
• Pictures and texts may not be altered or tampered with; with pictures, silhouette are permitted.
• Proof of use of the pictorial and textual material and of the logo must be furnished - offline in the form of the printed material, CD-Rom etc., and online with a corresponding URL.
• In the event of business use of the data and illustrations published by Pelikan, the user must send Pelikan a specimen copy without delay. Liability risks arising from use are borne by the user alone.
• In the event of violations against the above regulations for use, Pelikan Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH & Co KG reserves the right to take legal action.
