your file: file contains no media Hints & tricksHere are some tips and tricks concerning the following themes: Use of the media databaseThe images are sorted according to the product groups used in the Pelikan catalogue. The product search should be used to locate an article. Please note that the order number of an article allows direct access. In all other cases, the full text search can be relied upon. All images can be added to your file which can either be downloaded or sent to your email address. When sending by emails please do not forget that your email account may restrict the size of attachments preventing a successful transmission. Compression, resolution and formatsFor pre-press preparation we recommend the use of EPS or JPEG in highest resolution. Both formats are available in the CYMK colour mode required for printing. We recommend JPEG in the highest resolution when working on the computer. All the images are stored in RGB colour mode. Should you be worried about the size of the download, then use a lower format. All images with low resolutions are also stored in RGB colour mode. The size of your file is always displayed for your information. The files are transmitted as ZIP folders. The programme required to unzip the folders can be found at http://www.winzip.com.
